  • Automatic Calculation: Postage will be automatically calculated and added to your order based on your delivery address.
  • Express Delivery: Postage includes door-to-door express parcel delivery by well-known global logistic vendors such as DHL, UPS, and EMS, depending on your location. All customs clearances are paid for, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Delivery and Logistics

  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders of the Fydetab Duo 2024 model from the Made for FydeOS websites are scheduled to be dispatched beginning in July 2024.
  • Order Sequence: Orders will be dispatched in the sequence they are processed. Ordering earlier ensures faster delivery.
  • Direct from Factory: Your order will be dispatched directly from our factory in China to you via our logistic partner. The actual courier may vary depending on your location.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • US Orders: Up to 2 weeks
    • EU Orders: Up to 3 weeks
    • Rest of the World: Up to 4 weeks

Availability and Stock

  • Exclusive Online Purchase: The Fydetab Duo 2024 model is available for online purchase exclusively through the Made for FydeOS websites. We do not have any authorised resellers or channel partners.
  • Limited Stock: The overall stock for this batch is limited. If you find this is out of stock, it is unlikely we will be able to restock any time soon.

Limited Warranty

Limited Warranty Coverage:

Fydetab Duo, manufactured and sold by Fyde Innovations Ltd, is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. During this warranty period, if a defect arises and a valid claim is received, Fyde Innovations Ltd will, at its option, either (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes
  • Unauthorised modification or repair
  • Usage outside of the intended purpose or contrary to the instructions provided

Additionally, this warranty does not apply to:

  • Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents
  • Software, even if packaged or sold with the hardware

Hackability and Modifications:

Fydetab Duo is designed to be hackable, and users are encouraged to explore and modify the device at the software and firmware levels. However, any physical disassembly or hardware modifications (such as adding LTE mobile network capability) will void the warranty. Users should be aware of the risks and proceed with such modifications at their own risk.

Limitations of Liability:

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FYDE INNOVATIONS LTD SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF FYDE INNOVATIONS LTD CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Items purchased from Fyde Innovations Ltd may be returned within 15 days of receiving the item for a full refund. During this period, returns are accepted for any reason, provided the item is in a resellable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
  2. Ship the product in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation to the address provided by customer service.
  3. You are responsible for all shipping charges and any other logistic costs for returned items. This includes international postage costs to return the item to our warehouse located in Shenzhen, China.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days using your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns:

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or damage may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection of the return.

After the initial 15-day return period, we will only process refund requests if the item is defective or if there has been an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been modified or tampered with
  • Software, including software that is packaged with or installed on a hardware product
